New Music Report – September 2024
As much as I might not want to admit it, back-to-school season is in full swing. As you drop-off or pick-up the kiddos from school, (or find yourself sitting behind a school bus) we’ve got some great new music on WIVH.
“The Lamb, The Lion, The King” is a brand new worship song that comes from Meredith Andrews. It covers everything Jesus is…He’s the Lamb who gave Himself up, and died for our sins…The Lion who rose powerfully from the grave…The King who sits at the right hand of the Father and is coming again soon!
We read in the Old Testament the miraculous way God brought His people out of Egypt (Exodus 14) and eventually into the Promised Land (Joshua 3). “Jordans” is the latest single from Blessing Offor, and it looks at the unique ways God still uses to guide and direct us today.
For King & Country just released their remake of the 1991 Michael W. Smith cross-over hit “Place In This World.” Joel Smallbone was only 7, and his brother Luke just 5, when this song first hit the airwaves. Now…they’re a bit older as is Michael who makes a guest vocal appearance on this re-imagined classic.
Tune in for these new songs, plus music from Cochren & Co., Elevation Rhythm, and more this
