New Music Report – September 2026
It’s already September and we’ve got a fresh batch of new music at WIVH. In this month of back-to-school, football, and pumpkin spice treats, here’s what to listen for as you tune in.
Natalie Layne gives a bit of her own testimony in her latest release, “Still Running To You.” It traces her lifetime of faith—from being a 5-year-old running through the pews at church, to the adult chasing Him just as hard today. While it may be her personal story, it’s all pointing to our incredibly faithful God.
Keeping up on the chase theme, Matthew West looks at how God chases us down in his new single “Back to Jesus.” In his creative way, Matthew sings about how we find many ways to turn our back to Jesus, but God closes the “sin gaps” we’ve created and brings us back to Jesus.
After intentionally stepping away from music to invest in her family, Francesca Battistelli returns with her brand new song “He Will.” It’s a song to encourage you, and remind you that God is faithful and He will not leave you or forsake you (Deut. 31:6).
Philippians 1:6a tells us to be confident in that “He who has begun a good work in you will complete it.” Joel Vaughn’s latest “He Still Does” looks to remind us of this truth. As we know, nobody’s perfect, but God is! And He doesn’t grow weary in working in our lives to make us more like His Son.
As always, thank you for your continued support of WIVH. It’s the only way we can bring you the music and programs heard each and every day on The Voice of Hope. We appreciate you VERY much!
